Years of design improvements have found there way into this newest design.
One look inside the 36 and you can tell it is truly in a class by itself. With an overall length of 36’ 11” and a beam of 10’ 6” the new Cape Horn is ready for almost anything. Modern design means less drag on the hull when under way. Less drag equals better fuel economy and faster top speeds. The overall design platform had twin engines in mind, but if you choose more power the 36 may be factory equipped with triple outboards. Three 250hp engines deliver a cruise of 45 mph and a range of 540 miles on the 36. Choose twin 350’s and you can enjoy a top speed in the mid 50’s.
The 36 is designated as a limited production model. There is no compromise when it comes to strength or ease of ownership. This is quickly realized through low maintenance by design, leaving more time to fish.
Three large tackle drawers allow stowage of never forget items for those long trips offshore.
Two additional compartments add more storage on either side of the leaning post. Need more, check out the new Tackle Station.
Large 1400 quart insulated fish box serves double duty with removable rod racks for those out of town trips.
The rear 40 gallon livewell is standard as well as large transom gate. The main livewell is centered in the leaning post. It sports 60 gallons of life to the largest of baits.
The 36 is a solid choice for the seasoned angler looking for all the advantages to fish harder than any other. That’s what you expect and that’s what Cape Horn has always delivered.
The new console is very accommodating with a large flush mount electronics area and much wider side access door.
A look inside the console reveals the level of style in this Cape Horn.
With an optional flush toilet, it is sure to please everyone aboard.
Extra storage is cleverly placed in the forward gunnels. These large 5’ long — (165 qt.) compartments make great use of otherwise forgotten space without the rattles and squeaks associated with in deck storage.
